🕕 6:00 AM — Pickup from Delhi

🕘 9:00 AM — The Taj Mahal

🕚 11:00 AM — Agra Fort

Two kilometres from the Taj stands another marvel: Agra Fort, the Mughal seat of power built by Emperor Akbar in 1565. Walk through its towering red sandstone gates and into a world of royal palaces, pearl mosques, and imperial courtyards.

Stand at the Musamman Burj tower — the same tower where Shah Jahan spent his final years under house arrest, gazing across the river at the Taj Mahal he could no longer visit. It’s one of history’s most poignant views.

🕑 2:00 PM — Baby Taj (Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb)

Often overlooked by tours that rush through Agra, Baby Taj is a gem. Built 22 years before the Taj Mahal, it pioneered the very techniques — the pietra dura inlay, the white marble exterior — that made the Taj possible. Smaller, quieter, and in many ways more intimate, this is where connoisseurs linger longest.

🕞 3:30 PM — Drive Back to Delhi
