Overnight Jaipur Tour from Delhi · 2 Days
Two unhurried days in the Pink City — Amber Fort and an elephant ride, the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, Jal Mahal and hilltop Nahargarh, plus a Chokhi Dhani evening and an overnight stay in Jaipur.

Your Itinerary — 2 Days
Your private air-conditioned car collects you from your hotel, the airport, or the railway station. The drive to the Pink City is roughly 250 km and takes around four hours in normal conditions. On arrival you check in to a well-known heritage property, then set off sightseeing with your government-approved guide.
Your first stop is the City Palace — once the residence of the royal family, part of which is still their home today. Inside, a museum holds royal belongings, and halls such as the Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Am and the mirrored Sheesh Mahal capture the lavish lifestyle of Jaipur’s rulers.
A royal observatory built by Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II in 1734, home to the world’s largest stone sundial. Its remarkable array of instruments was used to track planetary movements and make astronomical calculations with astonishing precision.
The crown-shaped, pink-hued Hawa Mahal is Jaipur’s signature sight. Built so the women of the royal household could watch the street below unseen, its honeycomb of more than 950 windows keeps the building airy and cool even in summer.
End the day at Chokhi Dhani, a village-style resort on the edge of Jaipur serving delectable Rajasthani cuisine alongside traditional folk music and dance. Afterwards, retire to your chosen hotel for an overnight stay in the Pink City.
An early start for Amber Fort — one of Rajasthan’s mightiest, set atop the Aravalli Hills with a sweeping bird’s-eye view over the surrounds. Many guests opt for the memorable elephant ride up to the gates. Inside are halls, temples and museums showcasing Rajput military architecture; allow around two hours to take it all in.
Close to Amber, the serene Jal Mahal sits in the middle of Man Sagar Lake — hence its name, the Water Palace. It’s one of Jaipur’s most peaceful and photogenic spots, beautifully framed by the surrounding hills.
Perched on a hilltop overlooking the city, Nahargarh Fort stands as a symbol of Rajput power and offers one of the finest panoramic views over Jaipur — a wonderful place to pause and take in the Pink City spread out below.
Jaipur is famous for its bazaars — gemstones, tie-and-dye fabrics, textiles, handcrafted goods and jewellery. There’s time to browse the markets for handmade treasures before you set off.
In the evening your private car sets off on the return drive to Delhi, dropping you at your hotel, the airport, or your preferred location. This marks the end of your Overnight Jaipur Tour.
