Your Day, Step by Step

6:00 AM
Pick-Up in Delhi & Drive to Jaipur

Your private air-conditioned car collects you from your hotel, the airport, or the railway station — wherever you are in Delhi. Settle in for the drive to the Pink City: roughly 261 km along NH48, about five hours with a comfort stop along the way. You’ll arrive in Jaipur ready for breakfast and a full day of Rajasthani colour, culture and grandeur.

11:00 AM
Amber Fort & Elephant Ride

After breakfast — traditional Rajasthani fare at a heritage hotel or local street food, your choice — you head up to Amber Fort. This mighty hilltop bastion gives a bird’s-eye view over the city and opens into halls, courtyards, and a museum that capture the lavishness of Rajput rule. Enjoy a memorable elephant ride up to the fort gates, and let your guide bring its history to life.

Jal Mahal — The Water Palace

Next, the serene Jal Mahal, sitting in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. Built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh and later renovated by Maharaja Jai Singh II, this red-sandstone palace appears to float on the water. It’s viewed from the lakeshore — and makes one of Jaipur’s most photographed scenes.

Hawa Mahal — Palace of Winds

The unmistakable five-storey façade of Hawa Mahal, built in red and pink sandstone by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh. Its honeycomb of small windows let the royal women watch the street processions below without being seen. Climb up for a fine view across to Jantar Mantar and the old city.

Jantar Mantar — Royal Observatory

Built by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II in 1734, this UNESCO-listed observatory holds the world’s largest stone sundial along with a remarkable array of instruments for tracking the heavens and planetary movements — a testament to India’s scientific heritage.

3:00 PM
City Palace

Your final stop is the City Palace, built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in 1727. A complex of gardens, sweeping courtyards and intricately carved buildings, it’s celebrated for its architecture — and part of it is still home to Jaipur’s royal family today.
